Water supply improved for Bedar, Zurgena and Cuevas

With an investment of over 500,000 euros the works included a new water deposit in Zurgena, new pipelines and the replacement of a pump in Bedar, and the renovation of a water deposit in Cuevas which had developed leaks. A new tank was also installed at the drinking water treatment station in Bajo Almanzora and the pumps there were replaced. The latter works were carried out to ensure the water supply during the summer months when demand increases considerably.
