According to a report published by the property valuation company TecniTasa some of the cheapest holiday rentals for coastal apartments in Spain are in Almeria capital with average prices for an 80m2 apartment as low as 1,130 euros for all of the month of August.
The average price of a 65 m2 apartment in Mojacar for August is a little over two thousand euros and for a similar flat in Vera Playa the figure is 1,580 euros. The highest prices to be found in Almeria province are on the Paseo Maritimo in San Juan de los Terreros where prices average just over 2,500 euros for an apartment of the same size.
The most expensive rentals in Spain are on the Costa Brava and Ibiza where prices can go as high as 4,500 euros for the month of August for a 65 square metre apartment.
